What is Naturopathic Health Coaching?
Healing Beyond Symptoms
It is a gentle, holistic approach to wellbeing that incorporates the whole person - body, mind, emotions, and lifestyle - rather than just symptoms.
Instead of offering a ‘one-size-fits-all’ plan and advice, which often the more mainstream health practitioners do, I work with you to explore the deeper why behind your health challenges. Together, we will identify root causes and what might be out of balance both internally and externally to you, to create simple, natural shifts in your day-to-day that will support your healing.
I draw on the wisdom of nature, nutrition, herbal support, stress reduction techniques, nervous system regulation and, most importantly, your own innate power to heal by shifting your mindset to help you reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm and vitality.
This isn’t about restriction, a quick fix, punishment or doing everything perfectly. It’s about slowing down, tuning in, and learning to care for yourself in a way that feels sustainable and supportive for you.
Through nature, nutrition, and inner wisdom, we’ll create sustainable shifts that reconnect you with your body’s natural vitality.



What is Optimum heath?
It is a state of balance - where your body, mind, emotions, and energy systems are working together in harmony. It means you feel resilient, nourished, and connected to yourself.
You have the energy to do what matters to you, and the awareness to know when you need to rest, seek support, or change something. You feel grounded in your body and peaceful in your mind.



1:1 Consultations
I like to work with clients for a minimum of 3 months, as I find this creates a strong foundation for accountability and support, as well as ensuring any long-term habits are effectively changed for good. Even after 3 months, many clients will continue to see me for less frequent check-ins. I will work with you for as long as you need my support to ensure your health continues to flourish.
Our first consultation together will last approximately 90 minutes. During the session, we will go through your full health and life history that includes each of your body systems; e.g. nervous, reproductive, endocrine, and digestive, your sleep routine, stress and relationships, and any signs and symptoms of internal and external imbalance.
This consultation will focus specifically on clarifying your health concerns and creating an initial personalised plan that will start your healing journey. In some cases, I may also suggest specific laboratory functional testing, such as urine/stool analysis.
Prior to our session, I will ask you to keep a week’s food diary, and you will also be required to complete a detailed health questionnaire. This provides an insight into your health history, current nutrition, exercise routine, lifestyle and most importantly your personal health goals. Please also bring with you any previous medical/health tests and details of your prescription medication and/or natural supplements.
We will then work together to create a bespoke plan of action that may include detailed dietary information, recipe suggestions, specific lifestyle changes, therapeutic techniques and exercise plans. Your coaching plan will include both shorter-term actions to work on before our next session, and the long-term broader health goals you wish to achieve. Depending on your choice of package, we will meet each week, 2 weeks or monthly.

Foundations Package
3 sessions across 3 months Build a Roadmap for Wellness Ideal for clients new to naturopathy who are seeking support in getting started in turning their health around. We'll work together to gently reset certain daily habits, understand your unique internal digestive health and create a foundation for better wellness. 6 sessions across 3 months Break Old Patterns and Align Body and Mind For clients seeking a greater level of support and guidance and are ready to make real change regarding specific health conditions. Deep Reset Package
Weekly sessions across 3 months Achieve Deep, Long-Term Healing This package is ideal for those with more complex chronic conditions who need longer term support and more accountability. Root & Release Bundle
Deep Clarity, Self-Connection & Long-Term Wellness Combining practical and personalised nutritional and physical guidance with deep subconscious healing. Includes: 1 x 90 min Initial Health Coaching Session - Online/In-Person - A 1:1 session exploring any current health challenges, daily habits you want to shift, emotional wellbeing and wellness goals. Together we will create a unique and personalised plan rooted in naturopathic principles. 1 x 4+ hour QHHT Session **In-Person Only** - A guided journey where you will access your Higher Self and receive clarity, healing and gain insight on both physical and emotional issues. Deeply relaxing and life-changing. 1 x 45 min Integration Coaching Session - Online/In-Person - A follow-up session 1–2 weeks after your QHHT journey to help you ground the experience into your daily life. We may adjust your coaching plan based on any emotional or energetic shifts that occurred.
